At age 70, Wilma retired from the Day Care after more than 19 years of joyful service.

Wilma was a dedicated member of St. John's Lutheran Church where she enjoyed singing in the choir and other church activities. She also volunteered for many years with Columbia Meals on Wheels. Since 2016, Wilma was a resident at St. John's Herr Estate where she met new friends and enjoyed a wide variety of activities including singing, dancing and bingo.

In addition to her husband, Wilma is survived by her daughter, Karen A., Miami, Florida and her son Donald J., Jr. and his wife Nancy, Menifee, California; her two grandsons, Donald J., III, and Tyler W., also of Menifee; and siblings, William Brommer and wife Madeline; Mary Lou Sipe; Joanne Stotz; Linda Cramer; and Jack Brommer and his wife Rose. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Esther Gochenaur, Margaret Ulmer and Janet Bowles. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
